Robotic cell with EvoBend 450: CNC precision for tubes up to 45 mm
The solution on display at the trade fair is a robotic cell that integrates bending technology with other processes in an automated sequence. The robot picks up the tube, positions it in the EvoBend 450 for bending and immediately transfers it to the end-processing unit.
The EvoBend 450 is the flagship model of the EvoBend range: a CNC tube bender designed to combine compactness, bend quality and operational flexibility. With a capacity of up to 45×3 mm on round steel tubes and a working length of 3,000 mm on the gripper, it is successfully used in the HVAC, furniture, plumbing and automotive sectors. The two-level configuration further enhances the machine’s versatility, allowing complex geometries to be handled with rapid tool changes.
